Waste of moneyRetails for $150.00. First time used, lens has horizontal cracks in it. Flip customer service: "No replacement part for it". There is NO LENS COVER to protect it. Must have hit something while in tote bag. WASTE OF MONEY. How can they sell this for that price and not allow for a replacement lens. I would pay for it, I understand lens is not under warranty. That was not the problem. Like throwing out $150.00. I can't even give it a star, but might have to, to get this posted.

Don't waste your money!I don't like to write negative reviews unless I feel strongly, but this tripod is not worth the money at all. I bought it for a class where we have to tape conversations a few feet away, so I thought it would be perfect, but first, the mount on the flip is off to the side, so it leans to one side and while you can account for that with the legs of the tripod, the legs on this tripod are barely flexible and the black paint comes off on your hands and flakes all over the tabletop that it is sitting on.
I tried to return it, but it was going to cost 5 dollars to return it and it was too much of a hassle. I'm disappointed in this product and in amazon. Don't waste your money, buy a better tripod for less money elsewhere.
