| The best all-around Christmas CD ever! A real crowd pleaser!I have loved the Peanuts gang since I was a little girl and I still do, and the music of Vince Guaraldi encompasses the very essence of Christmas, before corporations and commericalism took over! Shame! Shame! This CD brings people of all ages together and can really transform people into the holiday spirit without the harsh, revamped old Christmas melodies sung today by no namers being thrown in your face when you walk into any retail store. The Peanuts CD lifts the spirits gently while one shops and the melodic masterpieces that Vince Guaraldi brings to each song is a treasure in itself. If there was ever a Christmas CD to spend money on, then this is the one! It is worth every penny spent and a CD that people of all ages love. This CD is also a CD that has been passed down in my family for decades and is played every Christmas morning. A great stocking stuffer too! I can't say enough about this mini masterpiece except that I feel gifted to listen to it every year! How can you not love the CD just for Snoopy alone?! A bit of nostalgia, especially around the holidays always bring sunshine into one's life and who doesn't want that? That alone hooks me and makes me happy! Hooray for Charles Schultz and Vince Guaraldi!

| Awesome choice for those that just want greatest hitsI own every Celine CD and I adore just about every song on them. There are wonderful songs that were never released as singles but I can play them over and over again because I have all the CDs. My Love- is a great way to own just about every single Celine has ever come out with, without needing to by all her other CDs. Just about every song on it is familiar and there are even a couple of pleasant surprises.
All the major songs are on here and some of her lesser ones (that I adore as well) like, 'I drove all night', 'My Love', River Deep, Mountain High, and The Prayer duet. Just all wonderful to listen to. The only tiny gripe I have is with the song, 'Love Can Move Mountains'. For some reason i detest that song, but she chooses to sing it at her concerts and to include it on here. I NEVER listen to that one. But really, that's about it. Every other song is so worth it and I'm glad she finally chose to come out with a true greatest hits CD.
Yes, there are a few songs I wish were on here, but you can't make everyone happy. But this comes pretty close!

| Surprisingly GoodI will be honest, this is the first Beck CD I have ever purchased. In the past I would here a track and say to myself, "wow that is so cool". It seemed like a post-modern mish mash, very unique---at first. In reality it was like Doritos...delicious at first, but not sustaining. I am glad there were all those previous recordings, playing with strange musicality (kind of ultra-white boy chic)and wacky lyricism because it leads to this release. Gamma Ray was the first track I heard, and I wanted to chalk it up to more junk food fare, but I could not. It was so infectious I had to have more. The rest of the CD is similarly brilliant, infectious, and actually of great substance. Modern Guilt is an appropriate title as I almost feel like I am selling out my indie-cool credentials in buying this (as if Beck were a poseur), but the cd reminds us that it is okay to have fun and still be arty.

| Wished it moved me more...I heard a song from this CD on the radio (public) and liked it. I often order from hearing something on this particular program I was listening to. And most of the time I am really happy with the music, or at least it grows on me over time. This time, I am still trying to have it grow on me. There is nothing wrong with the music; I am just having a blah reaction.

| Unique Sound!I was really excited about getting this CD because I really loved the song "L.E.S. Artistes". I literally could not stop listening to this CD once I got it because the sound is so amazing and the lyrics are so unique! I abosulutely cannot get enough of this CD and its totally worth every cent. ALL songs on the CD are good and fast. This is an energetic CD. Great for the gym or just being creative.
