As always, this CD features danceable tunes, songs with razor sharp edges, and songs that reveal a sensitive, tender soul underneath the tattoos and bombast. Overall, the record is pure Pink, balanced, melodic, and smart.

| Hated the movie but loved the scoreUnlike most people here, I am not a TWILIGHT fan. I've never read any of the books, and now, having seen the atrocious first movie, I have zero interest in trying.
(where, oh, where is the GREAT director of THIRTEEN, I wonder?)
But, as it's usually the case, Carter Burwell's music is a thing of beauty. Strongly evocative, it stays with you once you leave the theater, both for the intense percussion tracks and the quiet, languid ones.

| the man now and thenNeil Young continually amazes and this recent release of archived material is spectacular. Of course long time fans have wondered about this concert for many years but the quality and the intimate nature give a rare insight into this talented man. Having had the privalege to see his most recent tour i can tell you he is better at age 63. The release of sugar mountain at canterbury house gives that rare glimpse at then and now and who he is. The only weird thing about this package is the DVD which is the cover still photo with snow moving across the screen... that's it. Unneccessary IMO. However, that is minor, this is a must have for any music fan because it spans the years and provides fresh perspective not just for neil young but also the historical/cultural aspects as well. Buy it!

| High School Musical 3 music CDI purchased this CD for my daughter for Christmas. So far. So good. She loves the HSM franchise and so I don't think they could have done anything wrong by her standards.
She has read the HSM II books until the pages are worn and bent and continues to watches the movies over and over and over and over as well.
She will feel the same when the third installment of the movies comes out I'm sure.
