| This Country RocksDirt Farmer is the best album I have heard in years! If you like country, folk, gospel and the blues, you will love this album. From the first time I heard it, I liked it, but now I adore it. From beginning to end, this is a masterpiece. In my mind, the songs that stand out are as follows: False Hearted Lover Blues, The Mountain, Little Birds, Calvary, Got Me A Woman, Single Girl, Married Girl and Wide River To Cross. This album has great songs, superb musicianship and gorgeous harmonies. What else could you ask for? This country rocks! Read more...

| What a masterpiece Lifehouse has done it again. All the songs on this CD totally rock, can't stop listening to them. thier last Cd was good it was kind of a more slow version of lifehouse which I like, this one is really good all around, its kind of like all thier styles of music put together. the song writing is really good as always, the kind of songs that really make you think, and that actually mean something. Which alot of other artist lack extremely. the music rocks I love how they change the sound of every song. My favorites are Whatever it Takes, Broken, First Time, Mesmerized, Who We Are, oh who am i kinding I like them all. The vocals are out of this world. If you want to listen to real music buy this CD. | Crisp, clean, lively, tastefully aggressiveI have never heard a Nutcracker that was done more tastefully than this one. The faster tempos that some here complain about (I suspect simply because it's just not what they're 'accustomed' to) lend it an energy and drive that I have never heard before. As for being too fast for dancers, who cares? I wasn't planning on hiring a dance troupe to perform in my living room anyway.
It sounds terrific. Excellent recorded sound, just forward enough to give it a very clear presence, but there's plenty of bloom for the loud passages to resonate nicely. The playing is impeccably clean, uniquely so in my experience with Russian orchestras. The quality of sound from the winds is surprisingly refined and characteristic as well. In short, this would be an excellent recording even if it was a standard two-disc set, but the one-disc factor puts it at the top of my list. Highly recommended. Read more...

| Tired of comparisonsAbsolutly one of my favorite albums. I'm not going to be long-winded and in depth, music is personal and means something differant to everyone. As far as all the comparisons, almost everything is going to sound a bit like something else, but this record ( & muse in general ) has a sense of urgency that i've never really heard before. I listen to ALOT of music & nothing makes me want to start digging a bunker like muse ( a good thing ). Any way BUY IT & TAKE IT ON IT'S OWN MERIT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!! Read more...
